A. DESIGN SERVICES
We specialize in the combining your brand and design to maximize your product’s potential and profitability. B. CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
We create branding through overall conceptualization of space layout, graphics & signage, furniture and built environment through architectural design. We incorporate your business concerns from the onset of pre-design phase until the post-construction phase. Guided by the principles of your company, we produce a design that exemplifies your brand’s identity. We will collaborate with you to generate a design that is unique to your brand all throughout the phases of the project from conceiving until application.
Our Experience
In his more than a decade years of practice, Arch. Eric Samovar Baño worked with various companies in the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and the Philippines. In those countries, he was exposed to commercial and luxury projects that focused on interior architecture. In 2010, he designed a kiosk for Swift Hotdog his first food and beverage project. Two years later, he designed his first full store project in Pearl Qatar Mall, a Spanish Restaurant named Casa Paco: Tapas Bar & Restaurant, where he served as an design architect and contractor for PAT Engineering. He also served as a senior architect and team leader in Arcadis Manila: CalissonRTKL Retail team which handles the Starbucks Coffee account in the regions of northeast and western mountain USA. In the Philippines, he served as a design head and manager for Epicurean Partners Exchange Inc. / Coffee Masters Inc. where he developed the design concept for Seattle’s Best Coffee for 2017 and onwards. Along with the cafés, Arch. Eric Samovar Baño handled projects for brands such as Kenny Rogers Roasters & Tori Ichi Yakitory & Bar under the same company. Presently, he is the principal architect of Concipio Tektura, an architectural design studio that specializes in food and beverage designs.
